At Yin Bridal, each gown is lovingly handcrafted just for you and made to order using your unique measurements and preferences. Because of the bespoke nature of our designs, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read and understand the policies below.

No Returns or Exchanges
As every dress is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are only accepted within 7 days of placing your order.

Peace of Mind Before Shipping
If requested, we are happy to provide photos of your finished gown before it ships, including measurement photos if needed, so you can feel confident before delivery.

In Case of Shipping Issues
If your gown is lost in transit or arrives damaged beyond repair and is unwearable, we will take full responsibility and provide a full refund.

Alterations Are Normal
Even with custom sizing, minor alterations are a normal part of the bridal process. We recommend allowing time and budget for final tailoring to ensure your gown fits beautifully on your special day.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
