All dresses are made-to-order to fit you. Instructions on body measurements can be found in our Measuring Guide.

For our standard sizing, we custom make dresses from size XXS to XXL. We charge 100AUD extra to custom make the dress to your specific body measurements. Please allow for alterations as dress measurements are not taken in person and your weight may fluctuate.

We use a shipping agent with international tracked express shipping from Vietnam, Singapore or Malaysia which would take around 5 to 7 business days to most regions around the world.

Packaging is usually in a bag and carton box, we don’t have a fancy specific wedding dress bag like in a physical store to save on your budget. Photos of your dress can be taken before shipment upon request.

Depending on the complexity of your chosen dress, and seasonal availability of materials, it usually takes 4 to 8 weeks for the handmade dress making process. Please reach out if you want to place a rush order. Surcharge may apply.

We commit to using the same fabrics, style and shape that were shown in the photos for your wedding dress. Each dress is made uniquely by hand and not mass-produced in a factory! Therefore, two wedding dresses will never be exactly the same because the placement of the ornaments (lace, beading work, etc.) and seasonal availability of fabric may differ slightly.

Please also allow for a slight difference in color due to the lighting conditions between the photos and reality.

For glitter dresses, please expect some initial shedding due to the nature of glitter fabrics. We recommend you give it a good shake before wearing it and never machine wash it.

Some of our dresses have a lace up back that can be easily adjusted if you gain or lose a few kilos. We recommend you allow enough time and budget for alterations due to this reason; and look for a wedding dress seamstress in advance.

Due to the nature of custom dresses with custom measurements, we do not accept returns. If there’s any problem with your order/package, please contact us immediately.

You have 7 days to cancel your order once it’s made for a full refund. After 7 days, we will not accept cancellations.
