Where are your dresses made?

All Yin Bridal dresses are made to order and handcrafted in Vietnam by our skilled team. Each piece is created with care and attention to detail, then shipped directly to you with tracking.

Where is Yin Bridal based?

Yin Bridal is an Australian-operated bridal brand serving brides worldwide. While our dresses are handcrafted in Vietnam, all orders, customer support, and consultations are managed online.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries around the world. Once your dress is ready, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order all the way to your door.

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to make my dress?

Most made-to-order dresses take approximately 4–8 weeks to complete before shipping. This allows us to carefully create each gown to your measurements and chosen design details.

If you need your dress sooner, feel free to message us — we’re always happy to see what’s possible.

Will the dress look exactly like the photos?

We work closely to recreate each design using the same fabrics, silhouette, and overall style shown in our photos. Because every dress is handcrafted and made to order, no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Small variations in lace placement, beadwork, or fabric details may occur, making each gown uniquely yours.

Please also note that slight colour differences may appear due to lighting and photography. For glitter gowns, a small amount of sparkle shedding is normal due to the nature of the fabric.

What if I lose or gain a few kilos or pounds?

Some of our dresses feature a lace-up back, allowing for easy adjustment in case of slight weight changes. We still recommend allowing enough time and setting aside a budget for final alterations to achieve the perfect fit — finding a local bridal seamstress in advance is always a great idea.

If your size changes significantly before your dress enters production, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update your measurements. Once your dress arrives, any minor adjustments can easily be done locally for a flawless final fit.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As each dress is custom-made to your measurements, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there are any issues with your order or package, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to help and make it right.

How do I take my measurements?

We tailor every dress to your unique body shape, so accurate measurements are very important. Please refer to our Measuring Guide to collect your body measurements before placing your order

We recommend asking a friend to assist you for the best result, especially for hard-to-reach areas like bust and hips. If you’re unsure at any point or would like help interpreting your measurements, please feel free to reach out to us.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Minor changes may be possible if your order has not yet entered production. Once production has started, changes may be limited. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update anything.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We specialise in custom-made designs. If you have a reference photo, sketch, or idea in mind, simply send it to us and we’ll let you know what’s possible along with pricing and timelines.
