What do custom and personalised orders mean?

All of our dresses are made to order to ensure a beautiful fit just for you. For guidance on how to take your measurements, please refer to our Measuring Guide.
If you’d like to request a different colour or adjust certain design details, simply reach out to us before placing your order — either through our contact form or by sending us a DM on Instagram @yin_bridal.
What sizes are available?

We offer made-to-order dresses that are tailored to your exact body measurements. As all measurements are provided remotely and body shapes can naturally fluctuate, we kindly recommend allowing room for minor alterations upon receiving your dress.
How long does shipping usually take?

We ship worldwide using a trusted international express service, with tracked delivery from Vietnam, Singapore, or Malaysia. Shipping typically takes between 5 to 7 business days to most regions.
To help keep your costs low, your dress will be carefully packed in a protective bag and carton box, rather than a traditional bridal garment bag. If you’d like photos of your dress before it ships, we’re happy to provide them upon request.
How long does it take to make my dress?

The handmade process for your dress typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the seasonal availability of materials.
If you need your dress sooner, please contact us to discuss a rush order — additional fees may apply.
Will the dress look exactly like the photos?

We are deeply committed to recreating your wedding dress with the same fabrics, silhouette, and style as shown in our photos. Each gown is lovingly handcrafted — never mass-produced — which means no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Subtle variations in lace placement, beadwork, or fabric may occur due to seasonal availability, making every dress uniquely yours.
Please allow for slight differences in colour, as lighting and photography conditions can affect how the fabric appears on-screen.
For glitter gowns, a little initial sparkle shedding is normal due to the nature of the fabric. We recommend giving your dress a gentle shake before wearing and kindly advise against machine washing.
What if I lose/gain a few kilos/pounds?

Some of our dresses feature a lace-up back, allowing for easy adjustment in case of slight weight changes. However, we still recommend allowing enough time and setting aside a small budget for final alterations. To ensure the perfect fit, it’s a good idea to find a local bridal seamstress ahead of time.
Do you accept return or exchange?

As each dress is custom made to your measurements, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order or package, please reach out to us right away — we’re here to help and make it right.
Do you sell in bulk?

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we do offer split payment options. Please reach out to us through our contact form for more information — we’re happy to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we begin the handmade production process and are unable to accept cancellations.
